Our goal is providing safe, affordable, and satisfying same-day surgery for patients and an efficient, cost-effective surgical environment for practicing physicians.
Our friendly nurses are dedicated to their work and have an average of 18 years of experience in surgical settings. They possess an extraordinary combination of professionalism and compassion, and are all ACLS and BCLS certified.
The Outpatient Surgery Center of Hilton Head is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), which gives its Gold Seal of Approval to those facilities which meet its highest standards for quality in patient safety and care. We are also certified by the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) to provide care for its members and are duly licensed by the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) as an ambulatory surgical facility.
The Outpatient Surgery Center opened in January of 2005.
